Please note, phone appointments are only available for domestic students within Canada.

Phone appointments are available weekdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

To book an appointment, follow these steps:

1. Visit our booking calendar to review current availability.
2. Choose an available date and time that fits your schedule.
3. Fill out the form with your contact information to complete the booking.
4. Complete your booking and receive an email confirmation containing your phone appointment details.
   • Access to a computer or data-enabled device during your phone appointment is recommended.
