Biography

Karen is a food product developer, educator, and consultant.  She has 10+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry including product development, quality assurance, supply chain, and operations. Her experience includes working with some of the largest food brands to develop new products as well as start up companies in the pivotal growth phase.

She is the founder of True Leaves Consulting, a product development agency focused on helping food entrepreneurs create and optimize recipes from concept to commercialization.
