Our internationally trained chefs bring their expertise to your dining experience through our lunch services, special event dinners, custom menus designed for your special occasion, and much more. Courteous, professional service completes the package.

Welcome to our classroom! The Georgian Dining Room is a state-of-the-art facility where students practice and perfect their food preparation and food service skills. Treat your palate to mouth-watering flavours and textures while enjoying quality service. E100 at the Barrie Campus.

For the fall 2025 semester from September 30 to December 11, The Georgian Dining Room will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, for one seating at noon. Unfortunately, no dinner services are available during the fall semester.

Bun on the Run is a live classroom learning lab. Our hospitality students prepare and serve the meals. Thank you for supporting our programs!

Stop by Bun of the Run to get a delicious lunch at an affordable price! Enjoy a soup, salad, sandwich, or entrée. All meals are freshly prepared and ready to go. We accept debit, credit, cash and ONEcard payments.

For the fall 2025 semester (October 1 – December 10), Bun on the Run will be providing take-out lunch service Wednesday’s from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. (or until we sell out!!) Find us in E109 at the Barrie Campus!

Regional cuisine dinnersGeorgian College Chevron

A tour of tastes and flavours…

The second-year students of our Culinary programs are pleased to extend an invitation to attend the annual Regional-themed dinners located in the Georgian Dining Room, Barrie Campus.

The Culinary students, along with the Flight Services students will be preparing and serving a series of 8 dinners with a Regional theme during our fall semester only.

These evenings begin with an hors d’oeuvres reception, followed by a multi-course dinner. The menus have been prepared and designed by the Culinary students as a final culmination of their education here at the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation.

Bookings are currently closed.

Tickets are $30.00 per person, per event (plus applicable tax, gratuities are not included). 

Hors d’oeuvres reception begins at 5:30 pm

Dinner follows at 6:00 pm.
