Georgian launches MyGCLife, a one-stop, self-serve student portal


On Feb. 6, Georgian launched MyGCLife, your new one-stop, self-serve portal designed to enhance your Georgian experience! You can find answers to service-related questions faster, connect with student services, and track inquiries and tickets – all from ONE platform.

When Georgian launched our digital innovation strategy in 2020, we asked you – our students – for your feedback about your experiences so we could use technology to serve you better. You told us you often didn’t know where to get your questions answered and were sometimes sent to multiple departments. Now, MyGCLife will help reduce that run-around!

How will MyGCLife enhance the student experience?

What does MyGCLife look like?

The current student portal was replaced with an enhanced interface that’s easy to navigate. Not only do you have access to previous student portal content, but you also have access to enhanced features like:

  • Knowledge articles that allow you to self-serve college information and resources
  • Inquiry management forms to ask questions and report issues to the correct college department/person
  • The ability to track the status of your open inquiries in real time
  • An enhanced search bar to search knowledge articles, inquiries and existing portal content

MyGCLife  also has live chat agents available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., for urgent questions and inquiry support.
