Course description

The issue of change, at all levels. What information about the changes that impact us all will help the supervisor deal with the issues and questions that arise daily in the workplace? These changes may be global concerns about outsourcing, organizational concerns about new technologies, or personal concerns about job security and a career path. Understanding the process of change, how to manage it for yourself and how to help others through it.
