Course description

Students develop an understanding of typical site plans and subdivision development with regard to design and installation of municipal services. The main topics are land development, piping materials, sewer and water main appurtenances, and other utilities.

Post Secondary level COMP 1056 Civil Engineering Graphics Minimum Grade of 50
or Post Secondary level COMP 1119 Introduction to 2D CAD Minimum Grade of 50
and Post Secondary level CIVL 2002 Stormwater Management Minimum Grade of 50
and (Post Secondary level CIVL 1000 Quant Survey:Const Plans/Meas Minimum Grade of 50
or Post Secondary level CIVL 1001 Quantity Estimation Minimum Grade of 50)

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
