Security Mgmt and Leadership

Course description

Students explore theories of leadership, the importance of team building, and examine how values and traits influence leadership styles. They examine the principles of leadership, critical judgment, emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making and effective communication through self-reflection, in-class discussions and assessments.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
