Course description

In this course, students learn the architecture, components, and operations of routers and switches in a large and complex network. Students learn the skills and hands-on experience needed to configure and troubleshoot routers and switches and resolve common issues with Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), and Enhanced Interior Gateway Protocol (EIGRP) in both Internet Protocol (IP)v4 and IPv6 networks, and network virtualization and automation.

Post Secondary level COMP 1035 Networking Essentials Minimum Grade of 50
or Post Secondary level COMP 1081 Networking Fundamentals (ODE) Minimum Grade of 50
