Research Project Management

Course description

Applied researchers are team players who are motivated in any organizational environment. Students discuss principles, tools, and techniques of effective research project design and management through the use of readings, experiential exercises, and case studies. Students actively explore and experience individual, group, and organizational processes.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
