Course description
In today's global society, tourism operations such as destinations, resorts, and attractions must be attuned to their customer's business and leisure needs. Students focus on the importance of research processes, and the role research plays in staying competitive. Students learn how to access and interpret relevant secondary data using a variety of techniques, tools, software, and sources.
