Course description

Topics include an in-depth look at the principles, issues, trends and legislative requirements affecting recruitment and selection. Through a combination of didactic, experiential and co-operative learning techniques, students discover and learn the complexities of the recruitment and selection process. Students will also explore the necessity of meeting the organization's strategic objectives, and the psychological needs of its employees
