Course description

Students are introduced to project management. Emphasis is placed on understanding and analyzing the four phases of project management which include planning, managing, tracking and evaluating projects from an administrative professional’s point of view.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
