PRJM 1010

In this course, students learn how to evaluate and anticipate the different formal and informal communication needs appropriate for diverse project work, the project lifecycle, and work environments. At the same time, students learn how to establish communication processes that the team can use to conduct project work effectively and in alignment with project management principles. Students receive a balanced combination of theory and practical applications that integrate various communication models, tools, and methods and are applied to project-type situations and scenarios throughout the course.
