Course description

In this course, students focus on the communicative value of visual media. They learn the elements and principles of design and explore how they are used to communicate an idea or concept. Static and dynamic imagery (advertisements, photographs, films, and interactive media) are also examined to further their understanding of the underlying principles of "massaging images" in an electronic age.
