Course description

Positive Psychology was founded to study conditions for human happiness, the ability to experience joy, and how to achieve our human potential. In this course, students explore the traits, thought patterns, behaviors, and experiences that contribute to happiness and optimal well-being. Students also examine the concepts of happiness, resiliency, mindfulness, individual and community traits and strengths, and the power of hope.
