Course description

In this course, students focus on improving profitability and effectiveness in the operation of a parts department through a comprehensive parts operations review. Students are provided the tools to better manage the daily operations of a parts department and contribute to overall dealership performance.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
