Course description
Students are introduced to the mathematical concepts and formulas commonly used by office administrators in a business environment. Students examine commercial math, computing percentages for payroll and taxes, and simple and compounding interest with basic annuities for investments and debt. They apply their knowledge of spreadsheet software with these mathematical concepts.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
