Course description

Today, effective supervision is very challenging. The successful supervisor needs a wide range of specialized skills, including time management, effective communication, customer relations, and how to measure work appropriately and ensure compliance with complex government legislation. This course helps you develop these skills and an awareness of the multi-faceted approach to leadership demanded in the modern business environment. Topics include the supervisor as a member of the management team, establishing and maintaining rapport with your employees and workplace legislation
