Management Principles (ODE)

Course description

This course focuses on the development of modern management; organizational theory; the processes of planning, organizing, leading and controlling; communications; behaviourial strategies and techniques; ethical and social responsibilities in the practice of management; managing change; and an overview of human resources management.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
