Course description

Success factors are essential to a student’s personal, academic, and future professional development. In this course, students review, practice, and apply various strategies, techniques, and skills to achieve positive learning outcomes that support their learning and build confidence as post-secondary learners. Working in concert with these practical approaches, students use holistic practices such as stress management techniques to support their well-being: an essential contributor to their academic success.
