Course description

In this course, students explore the pivotal role of effective leadership in project success, focusing on team performance. Using theoretical insights, practical applications, and case studies, students develop the skills to lead high-performance teams, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and exemplify ethical leadership. They learn to adapt leadership styles to diverse project environments, equipping them to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of leadership principles tailored to project management and are ready to lead teams to success in diverse organizational settings.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
