Course description
This course is a survey of various specialty areas within the field of leadership studies. Students explore the history of leadership research, models and styles of leadership, the distinction between leadership and management, decision-making, ethical and professional behaviour in a leadership role, followership and change leadership. Further, students develop a personal leadership development plan through a series of self assessments, reflective activities and group work.
