Course description

In this course, students examine advanced aspects of jewellery repair, such as ring sizing with stones; safe stone removal; cluster or multiple retipping; replacement/reconstruction of claws, settings, and findings; fine soldering; and basic watch repair. Students learn to assess and provide quotes for jewellery repairs.

Post Secondary level JEWL 1003 Jewellery Repair 1 Minimum Grade of 50
