Course description

This online course provides students with an introduction to the service, parts, and body shop operations of a typical automobile dealership. The course explores the best practices for optimizing the return on investment in the dealership and how the after-sales business contributes to overall dealership profitability

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
