Course description
Using the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Agile Practice Guide as the course foundation, students gain a deep understanding of agile values, principles, culture and mindset. Students are prepared as they develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage complex and complicated projects using an Agile project lifecycle. Through a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on activities, students gain an in-depth understanding of Agile roles and responsibilities, tools, techniques, artifacts, and ceremonies.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
