Indigenous Arts in Canada

Course description

Students explore the arts of Canada’s Indigenous peoples. By examining the traditional and contemporary Indigenous arts, students gain a deeper understanding of the history, iconography, aesthetics, and social activism of Indigenous cultures.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
