Course description
In this course, students explore human resources planning theory and concepts. Students learn about the importance of aligning human resources management with organizational plans and objectives. Students examine the various elements of human resources planning including strategic planning, job analysis, and forecasting supply and demand. Students examine how corporate and business strategy influence human resources management practice.
