Human Behav/Workplace(ODE)

Understanding human relations is essential for career and personal success. In this course, students draw on sociological, psychological, ethical, and legal perspectives to enhance understanding of effective interactions in today's workplace. Students engage in an experiential component where they learn and practice effective teamwork and conflict resolution skills, and develop comprehension of individual differences and an understanding of how human uniqueness impacts behaviours in the workplace.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
