Course description
Sound is a key component of the user experience in any game. Game designers need to be able to connect the desired emotional connection within a game to the skills and techniques to produce audio assets for a game or simulation. Within this course, students develop the skills to record, manipulate, and edit audio for a fully immersive gaming experience.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
