Course description
Students are introduced to project management concepts based on the Project Management Institute's standard “Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®Guide)". Students work independently and in teams to build project deliverables across all phases of the project lifecycle. Based on the requirements collected, students learn when to apply the predictive, adaptive, or hybrid approach to project delivery. Students also focus on skills related to teamwork reflection, which will be used in the Capstone course in semester 2.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
