Course description

In this hands-on studio course, students focus on drawing, rendering, and illustration techniques as they apply to graphic design. Students focus on the development of technical and observational skills in order to produce accurate renderings. Students examine various styles and media and explore the relationship between type and image.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
