Dental Terminology (ODE)

Course description

This course assists students with developing sound knowledge of dental terms, with an emphasis on anatomy, disease terms, and instrumentation. Terminology specific to infection control, pain management, tooth restorations, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, pedodontics, and malocclusion is included.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
