Course description
Project managers and stakeholders are required to make decisions that affect the scope, quality, time, resourcing, and cost of the project they are delivering. Students work both independently and collaboratively with team members to explore the importance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics as they navigate how to measure project performance, track progress, perform variance analysis, and lead project success.

Post Graduate level PRJM 1000 Fundamentals of PRJM Minimum Grade of 60and Post Graduate level PRJM 1011 Business Acumen for PMs Minimum Grade of 60
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
