Course description
In this course, students cover two basic areas of law: contracts and torts. Students examine and analyze the basic elements of a valid contract and remedies for breach of contract. In the segment dealing with torts, students focus on the law of negligence. Students learn the principles of vicarious liability. Relevant ethical issues are discussed.
