Course description

In this course, students learn the history of the automobile industry and trace its evolution from its beginning to the present day. They explore fundamental concepts related to marketing decisions by automobile manufacturers, which have developed and shaped today's industry, and examine global trends, issues, and innovations that will influence the future of the automotive industry, including discussing the impact and influence of the automobile industry on economic, social, cultural, political, technological, and environmental issues. Students learn key success factors for organizations in different sectors of the industry, current issues challenging these organizations, and the value of networking to build a career.
