Course description

In this module, students learn how to improve relationships at work by understanding voice dynamics and body language and learning how to listen, question, and give feedback effectively. They develop a comprehension of effective communication skills and the organizational impacts communication can have on an organization. Having the ability to create good working relationships and maintain a spirit of rapport and teamwork is essential for a successful career.
