Course description
In this course, the student learns the fundamentals of business law theory, concentrating on consumer protection legislation as it applies to the automotive industry. Studies include employment law, statute law, torts, contracts, privacy legislation and industry self-regulation guidelines (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council).
