Course description
This course reviews various government and employer sponsored pension and benefit plans as well as current related public and legislative issues. Major areas for discussion include public and private health care plans, income replacement provisions, survivor benefits and pension arrangements. Techniques for benefit plan management will be discussed with respect to plan design, communication, costing and administration
