Course description

Global Distribution Systems (GDS) are used worldwide to search and book tourism products, such as flights, car rentals and hotel rooms. In this course, students use simulated exercises of a call centre to book, modify and invoice clients using Sabre/Amadeus.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
