Course description

Students apply the programming fundamentals learned in earlier courses to scripting techniques frequently used in front-end Web development. They use JavaScript and supporting libraries and frameworks to create useful interfaces and aggregations of dynamic content. Scripts are developed for portability, re-usability, scalability, and optimal performance.

(Post Secondary level COMP 1073 Client-Side JavaScript Minimum Grade of 50
or Post Secondary level COMP 1105 JavaScript ( ODE) Minimum Grade of 50)

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
