Managing Change on Projects

PRJM 1008

In this course, students develop and apply the skills needed to facilitate changes to project work when the project is already in progress. Students learn key theoretical models and practical strategies for leading project change throughout the project management life cycle, in both adaptive and predictive projects, and within different types of project management organizational structures. Students learn how to apply widely used industry change models to develop a change management plan tailored to the needs of a given project scenario.

Post Graduate level PRJM 1003 Leadership Minimum Grade of 60

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
