Course description
This course provides an introduction to cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, basic cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation and appropriate interventions, cardiac assessment, and acute coronary syndromes. It is designed to provide the RN with the knowledge and skills required to deliver care to cardiac patients in a variety of settings

College of Nurses Ont License PStudents registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
