Residence life
Georgian College residences provide great accommodations with a welcoming, safe environment where students can make friends, get involved, grow and develop.
Residence can help you learn what a global community feels like. We have students from across the globe who will help you learn more about different cultures, languages and histories and how you fit into it all. Residence life is like nothing you’ve experienced before. It’s all here for you!
Get involved
By promoting your personal and academic growth, we extend the educational experience beyond the classroom and lecture halls. The best part is, you choose how you’d like to get involved!
Getting involved in residence is easy, whether you enjoy social activities with your friends, helping others with academics, being part of the team by joining in athletics and recreation or making changes for everyone by being active in student leadership. We have many opportunities and a variety of ways in which everyone can join in and be part of it all.
You can choose to join a committee like our Residence Student Council or you can simply come out and participate in the events being held by our Residence Life team. If you have any ideas for programs that you would like to see happen, please stop by the front desk and let us know.
