We want you to succeed. Rest assured we’ve got your back, so much so, if you choose to withdraw from your program before June 18, 2021, we’ll apply your tuition fees to the first semester when you return in September 2021, January 2022 or May 2022. You choose the program. All you have to do is reapply and be accepted. For returning students, the same applies. We’ll apply your tuition fees for your next semester when you return in 2021 or January or May 2022. That’s our Georgian Learning Guarantee.
Eligibility – Registered summer full-time and part-time credit students in Georgian only programs; where program is available; tuition fees only; student is responsible for ancillary fees. Ontario Learn and all partner programs, such as but not limited to, Lakehead-Georgian and collaborative nursing are ineligible. COVID-19 hardship bursary
Georgian has developed a $1-million COVID-19 hardship bursary to help ease the financial burden our students are experiencing as a result of the pandemic. This bursary will be open to eligible domestic and international students who are enrolled in a regular, full-time postsecondary program for the summer semester and demonstrate an urgent financial need.
The fund is designed to help provide immediate short-term relief, and can assist students who have been faced with additional costs or have been impacted financially by the pandemic. The hardship bursary is not intended as a source of long-term funding. Students are encouraged to explore all available sources of funding, such as OSAP. Georgian also offers a number of awards, scholarships and bursaries to students.
